New ReviewerThe last I knew this school had an instructor that is a complete ***, he yells at students and actually puts his hands on them. When you go to get your CDL the school will all of a sudden tell you that you owe them around $475 before you can get your transcript.
Should something happen and you don't finish your account will go directly to Pathfinder Credit Services.
When you tell them you can't afford to pay anything they will jump to sue you right away. Go to Rte 66 or Prime, at least you will actually get the proper training and actually have a good job.

I would be in, you could read up on my experience in my previous comments.
i sue them in florida call me if you want to do civil class action
Yes. I would like to.
Don't count on it with Prime it depends on u r trainer. I didn't get the trainer at Prime that wanted to work with me on backing
I went to the Indy school completed all my hours but failed my PTI twice they said nobody leaves without at least a B class. but i could not afford the $100.00 for another skills test already paid them for two now i got a **#*#** bill for $7305.50
I am right there with you. I'd look to know where we can check to see if we could file a class action lawsuit and get the charges lowered or even dropped without filing bankruptcy.
I remember when any company would work with you for at least 90. Now pretty much any company will have an account in collections with in 2 weeks and then 30-60 days later they will be talking legal action already. I don't see why the balances for education can't just stay with financial aid. They would be smarter to do that, They would most likely get there money because people can't file bankruptcy on the government but they can file on any other balance over $5000 dollars at anytime.
Also be advised that in any case if you have wages garnished at anytime because of this you can file for hardship at the courthouse after one garnishment, at least that's how it works here in OK.
I hope I have helped. Good luck to you!
Sorry for the wrong use of words, spelling, or grammar. I usually pay more attention to what my predictive text writes but it's been a long day and I just rushed through the previous comment but the comment is able to be understood.
